Frequently Asked Questions

How does the free trial work? When you sign up, you get 14 days of full Team plan access — every feature, unlimited shots, unlimited teams. No credit card required. When the trial ends, your account moves to the Free plan unless you subscribe.

What counts as a "shot with a full replay"? Every detected puck speed saves a video clip. On Free you get 50 of these per month; on Lite the first 500 include clips; on Team every shot does.

What happens after 500 shots on Lite? You can keep tracking shots — speed readings continue — but new captures beyond 500 won't save a video clip until the next billing cycle.

Can I switch or cancel? Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle. Cancel anytime — all managed through your App Store or Google Play account.

What about my existing data? All your sessions, speeds, and recordings carry over when you upgrade or downgrade. Nothing is lost.
